String vibration sensor is based on steel-string vibration stress measurement device, it is almost embedded in the field of geotechnical engineering and building the dam where the work can be the only long-term stability measuring device, its structure is simple, rugged, good stability, high accuracy, the output frequency signal, can directly interface with the computer, widely used for hydropower projects, railway transportation, mines petroleum, civil buildings and foundations within the structure.String vibration sensor is a kind of stress the size of the steel strings into the corresponding vibration frequency of the stress collection device, it is almost embedded in the field of geotechnical engineering and building the dam where the work can be the only long-term stability measuring device, which structure is simple, rugged, good stability, high accuracy, the output frequency signal, can directly interface with the computer, widely used in hydropower projects, railway transportation, mines petroleum, civil buildings and foundations within the structure.This string vibration sensor frequency measuring instrument is used for such sensors measuring devices, using embedded sensors to measure its engineering and technical personnel access to key points of the force data, and then the entire building construction or force the latter part of the state of monitoring and evaluation, and effective guarantee of construction and engineering safety.This paper developed an embedded development technology based on a portable string vibration sensor frequency measurement instrument, and it has a higher measuring accuracy and improved data management capabilities, and is more compact and lightweight compared to conventional devices, data management capability has been greatly enhanced, the operator you can carry measurement data query and analysis, which greatly facilitates the technical personnel on-site survey.Paper is divided into four chapters:Introduction, frequency measurement module design, system design of the main module, sum up and testing four parts. Introduction described the current string vibration frequency measurement status and developments in the field of technical means used and the overall design of the program so the system was analyzed, that part of the customization of the system requirements, select the equipment required for the development of hardware and software conditions; in the Frequency Measurement Module Design a chapter detail the development of frequency measurement module design process, which analyzes the string vibration frequency measurement of the basic principles and characteristics of string vibration sensor is introduced in order to ICL8038 and C8051F020 devices measuring frequency as the core function of the soft hardware implementation, including the sweep excitation function of the design and implementation, filter amplifier circuit, and other precision frequency measurement algorithm achieved; some of the main module in the system, detailing the ARM Linux development platform to build process, including cross-compiler environment, host configuration, based on Sqlite embedded database development and design process. Communication interface between devices to design a section describes the two command-control interface between the module development process, including the analysis of serial communication protocols, C8051F020, S3C2440 serial communication function as well as the Linux serial driver analysis, development of their communication steps, and complete the preparation of the command interface program. In the paper the last chapter of the overall system performance is tested, evaluation and summary.
