| Due to the pressures of energy and environment.Clean alternative fuel vehicle technology has become one of the key directions of development in the field of vehicle engineering at home and abroad. Among them, liquefied petroleum gas vehicles as a clean alternative fuel vehicles has been widely used around the world in recent years for its low cost, good at blast resistance and do not contain lead, sulfur. However, for the reasons that the speed and torque of LPGV engine are frequently changed in large range and the characteristics of driving cycle of city has not been fully considered in the design of LPGV engine under driving cycle of city, the power performance of LPGV engine is poor under driving cycle of city which can not meet the requirement of the power and economy of modern LPGV engine. For this reason, YC6112LPG engine is taken as a object and the power performance of LPGV engine for driving cycle of city and the control method of LPGV engine for driving cycle of city have been researched in this paper.Firstly the application of LPGV and current research situation of engine combustion control technology both at home and abroad are introduced. Reasons for the decline in power performance of LPGV engine under driving cycle of city are analyzed using engine cycle theory under steady-state condition. Based on the engine power output basic principle, the YC6112LPG engine power performance model is established, the combustion parameters on the LPG engine power performance under steady-state has been studied. Air-fuel ratio, valve timing, ignition timing, engine combustion parameters which affect the engine power performance are studied using GT-Power. Based on this, improving the LPGV power performance is regarded as a goal, LPGV engine combustion adjustable parameters Fuzzy feedforward control approach under driving cycle of city is raised in this paper. Take LPG engine as a control object, fuzzy feedforward control method is simulated using GT-Power and MATLAB. Based on this, an air-fuel ratio control system under the fuzzy feedforward based on virtual instrument is developed, thus the LPG engine air-fuel ratio control method of fuzzy feedforward is tested.Finally, the dissertation is summarized and some precious proposal is put forward to the next research. |
