On the one hand, new energy vehicles can reduce oil consumption to improve the economical performance, on the other hand,it can reduce pollutant emissions to improve air quality. While the development of the driving cycle can provides the basis for new energy vehicles'dynamic matching and the control strategy. This article take the KSEC's(Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Co.Ltd's) new energy vehicle project as a background, through researched movement condition of Kunming's city buses, developed the Kunming city buses'driving cycle.This article first introducted the domestic and foreign driving cycle's research present situation in detail,and did a detailed analysis to the several ways of the construction of driving cycle,then investigated Kunming's path condition and city buses'travel condition, finally determined take the Kunming new energy public transportation129 line as this test route. Through asks some company to develop the GPS data acquisition system which can gather the line of city buses'speed signal.First use MATLAB programing to divide the gathered speed signal date into a series of short trips,and calculate some eigenvalues of the each short trip and the overall date, like acceleration percentage, deceleration percentage, uniform percentage, idling percentage and so on.Through related theory of the statistical analysis, let the eigenvalues of every short trip and the eigenvalues of the overall data for related, take out some short trips with the largest correlation coefficient in turn to composite a length of time - speed data .The segment data is the Kunming city bus's driving cycle which we want to build.Compare the synthesis of driving cycle of the domestic and abroad driving cycle, discover the new synthetic driving cycle has its own characteristics, we can't simply take European cycle to instead of driving cycle of domestic. Then carried on the parameter match to the KSEC's hybrid bus,frist according to urban characteristics and different dynamic system transmission characteristics, choose the series dynamic system, then calculate the parameter of the components about the dynamic system such as engine-generator, motor, power battery and so on, and match these components.Under the platform of electric automobile simulation software ADVISOR2002, according to the main parameters of KSEC hybrid bus and dynamic system's parameters, then simulated based on the synthesis of kunming city bus driving cycle, we can get KSEC hybrid bus's simulated oil consumption, compared the KSEC hybrid buss actual consumption which measured by chongqing institute of vehicle detection on kunming bus routes, finally verified validity of the kunming city bus driving cycle.Through the analysis of the control strategy of its own characteristics and kunming city bus driving cycle's characteristics,carry on the parameter optimization to the power followed and the thermostat two kind of control strategy.The optimized oil consumption has a certain extent drop than before, and accelerating performance with maximum speed also have bigger promotion, finally finished the expected parameters optimization for the control strategy,it can provides certain reference to the KSEC hybrid bus in the control strategy. |
