with the widely using and speedly developing of the Power Electronics Technology ,there are many kinds of power equipment connecting to the electric fence,it have huge influence upon the power quality when making the power be well used, power quality problem has great effect on the normal running and developping of the ecnomic,and be more and more concernned widely.To monitor the power quality is the main method how to discovery and analyze kinds of power quality problems,it provide foundation for diagnosis of power system error and enhancing of the power quality,so it is very important.It has researched and analyzed the researching situation of power quality monitoring at first,then inttoduce the concept and arithmetic of power quality monitoring,and design the software and hardware of the power quality monitoring system, has finished to transplant arithmetic of power quality monitoring to the embedded system..Design driver and application for SPI serial communication to realize data transmission between DSP and ARM..Finish data collecting on DSP and data processing on ARM,at the same time,use Linux OS to provide a friendly user interface for client using easilyFor the reason that this system need process a lot of data in short time, I design a distribute control anchitecture base on DSP+ARM to enhance system's ability ability of processing data.This design refer to normal arithmetic of power quality decribed in IEC61000-4-30 to try its best to provide user a kind of normal test method,at the same time this design base on embedded system,so it is easy for extending.
