High-rise structure have the characteristics of high, soft, sensitivity to wind and so on, with the growth of demand and progress of technique, it has been developed to be much higher, lighter and softer which increases its sensitivity to wind load. In order to research wind-induced buffeting of high-rise structures, take a combination method that uses aeroelastic model wind tunnel tests and theoretical calculation, and derive the method of wind-induced buffeting calculation with the use of harmonic analysis. The main works are the following contents:1. Designed an aeroelastic model of high-rise bridge tower for wind tunnel test, measured the buffeting response of the model at different wind directions. Using the improved harmonic synthesis method to simulate the wind field around the bridge tower, and generated the horizontal wind speed time history. Calculate buffeting response of the bridge tower in time domain, and compared to the displacement responses obtained from wind tunnel test.2. Considering the main two directions modes:along-wind and across-wind, designed an aeroelastic model of building structure for wind tunnel test. Set pressure taps on the model surface, collected the data of surface pressure and vibration displacement at the same time. Establish the FEA model using the software ANSYS, used the experimental data of the model as the equivalent wind loads on the FEA model for transient analysis. Compared the analysis results with the displacement data which obtained from wind tunnel test.3. Derived the method of wind-induced buffeting calculation with the use of harmonic analysis, and finished related programming. Deal with the pressure data, made Fast Fourier Transform and convert it into frequency domain. Took advantage of harmonic analysis module of the software ANSYS, made harmonic analysis on the FEA model by load of the spectrum of pressure and obtained the displacement results of plural format, and then converted the results into time domain according to harmonic synthesis theory, compared to the displacement data obtained from wind tunnel test.
