Analysis And Reformation Of City Landscape Service Management System Of Chongqing

The city landscape, a public good, has its own characteristics. It is an important infrastructure of a city, is the significant content of a city's modernization, is also the public welfare for improving the ecological environment and upgrading the living qualities of the majority people. The management system of city is formed under the traditional planned economic system. The landscape administration bureau is the center authority, is division responsible for the implementation of the system. Although the landscape administration bureau's management is no longer simple, the management is still uniform, and there are problems of cross and bull management. Therefore, under the conditions of market economy, landscape management system reform is urgently needed. The paper based on research in the field, from the existing management system of Chongqing landscape, analyzes the characteristics of the current management system and problems, and finally put forward a sound management system for exploratory landscape proposals. This article is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. This study presented the background, purpose and meaning, on the landscape management system with the theory and research was reviewed, defining the concepts, and describes the research method and framework.Part II: Chongqing City's current system of landscape management. The legal system of landscape management in Chongqing is described, from the macro and micro perspective of the current landscape management system in Chongqing, and analyzes the main features of landscape management system.Part III: Analyzes the problem of Chongqing City landscape service management system. Analyzes the problem of landscape service management system and reformation of Chongqing from the structural and functional point.Part IV: Chongqing City landscape service management system reform. Improve the guidelines and principles of landscape management system. Present exploration of the proposed reforms for landscape management system in Chongqing from the legal, planning and management, institutional setup, operation mechanism and so on.Part V: Conclusion.
