Study On The Technique Process Alternatives Of The New Project In Auto Air Conditioner Co., Ltd

The article takes example for project of a producer of climate control system, to introduce the methods and steps to design procedure during the project development, and it will be significant for guiding work in the future.The chapter 1 describes the background, project profile and the significance and the goal of the article.The chapter 2 in the article makes an analysis for main factors that will effect selection of procedure plan. Firstly, the consideration of the project size. For a small size production, universal equipments are appropriate; but for the mass single production, it is better to utilize special powerful equipment.Secondly, the designing of the air condition system. First of all, we will introduce the structure and the function of the air condition system who will affect the designing of the process. And then, the designing of the product who will affect the process. There are a lot of manufacture methods available during production. At last, decide the designing plan It is crucial which one will be decided because the method should satisfy the designing. Safety, environment and the energy saving element are introduced in the last section of 2nd chapter.The chapter 3 is the designing of the process which includes from setting, audit, and experiment to final decision. The process should have its own base and principle. The first 2 section of the chapter focus on the base and the principle. As far as the designing base, we will discuss from 3 aspects: the trend of the technology, the designing plan of the product and the production size of the project; and for the principle, it is fundamental to go on with advancement, reliability and economy. When all above are fixed on, the designing of the process starts. In this section, the main process method and the parameters will be decided, including brazing, fin forming, press method, leakage checking and assembly etc. Then, list 2sets of process method according to condition method above, indicated as plan A, plan B: A carries on a method of using cooperation parts and then assembly them in workshop. So it is a minimum investment plan, it will use less money to achieve the anticipated effect. B will make the process method in FAW-Zexel to achieve a high level, cooperate with foreign partner thoroughly, and import all the key machine, tooling and raw material, send some workers and engineers for the training course of process method in Europe, FAW-Zexel will manufacture the products in the former plant of VALEO standard.chapter 4 is the comparison of the plans. We use the pay-back of the investment balance to decide the process plan. This chapter is the emphasis of the article. It decides the best plan through the investment estimation and compares the operation costs of the project. The operation cost is the reflection of the management. The investment of plan A is minimum, but its level of management is worse and the maximum operation cost. It was eliminated. On the other side, plan B uses the entire import advanced machine, process method, parameters, the level of the management is better. But the investment is more. Through the composing of this article, I have a new understanding of economy in designing process method, and the theoretical base for my future work. I hope this article will help my colleagues of our department in the technical and economic analysis in the future.
