In recent years, the speedy development of industry accelerates Chinese economy. Synchronously, the demand of poewer is increasing. Nevertheless, the power industry is enduring great stress, e.g.the increase of cost of coal, which request the facility for higher efficiency, lower maintenance costs. Therefore, there are important economic value and study value for us to research and develop the relevant management system of power plant which can optimize source equipment of power plant, increase the rate of discovering accidents, ensure the enterprise to produce safely, cut down the cost of repair, improve company's ability of competition.In reliability centered maintenance (RCM),maintenance strategies are made not only through analyzing failure mode but also the relationship of performance,economic and maintenance strategy. RCM becomes a more and more popular maintenance analysis method for complex system. But, in traditional RCM, the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance analysis are degraded for the absence of quantificational tools for equipment importance analysis, condition evaluation and maintenance optimization ete.Based on such a consideartion,a improved RCM analysis method is putforwar and the decision process of maintenance of equipment in power plant is determined. Then some key technologies of equipment importance analysis, condition evaluation and prediction,maintence decision studied.Aiming at the impression of existing equipment importance analysis methods resulted from using too many subjective factors, the pivotal factors ecffeting equipment importance are analyzed, and an importance analyzing method based on Monte Carlo simulation is provided. Then, equipment is classified according to importance criterion, and the rules of maintenance mode decision are estabalished. For complex equipment, a quantificational failure criticality analysis model based on failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and grey theory is put forward. The precision of criticality analysis is improved, and can be a support for characteristic parameters extraction in condition evaluation.Due to the uniqueness of power plant equipment, the traditional coding system can meet the requirements of the power plant equipment. This paper chooses KKS standard of Germany and turns it into the sort standard of the software, and introduces the KKS detailedly. This management system is written follow this standard, and the paper cover the sorts of the equipments of the software, the configuration of the data, manage contents and the methods of managing data, and so on.The author make a deep research on the optimization for preventive maintenance task, which is a great difficulty in RCM process. There are three preventive maintenance models, the failure rate preventive maintenance model, the age reduction preventive maintenance model and the hybrid preventive maintenance model are investigated. Some random variables are introduced to assess the efect of preventive maintenance. The optimal models for average maintenance cost per unit time are established, which can be used for scheduling the maintenance plan and providing the decision supporting for job shop scheduling. The reliability limit is introduced for hybrid preventive maintenance model. The optimal preventive maintenance task, which can effectively deal with the relations between maintenance cost and reliability is obtained.
