With the development of electric power and the continuous extending of the city, many 500kV transmission lines have surrounded by populous town. More and more attention has been raised to the pollution of electromagnetic radiation produced by extra-high voltage transmission lines.Based on the theory of electromagnetism, Charge Simulation Method(CSM), Moment Method(MM) and Biot-Savart law are chose. The spirit and steps are introduced. Based on the method of weighted residual, MM are described. Also, the spirit of Biot-Savart law is represented.Based on these methods, this paper contain following parts. By analyzed the two-dimensional mathematical model of main frequency electric field, the drawback is found, and then the three-dimensional calculation model is created. In this model, span, sag and the dielectric coefficient are considered. The three-dimensional calculation model of main frequency magnetic field is established by Bio-Savart law. And the programs of these two models are created by Mathematica. Compared with the two-dimensional mathematical model of main frequency electric and magnetic field recommended by Working group 36.01 CIGRE, the shape of transmission lines and the Coefficient of dielectrical loss are considered in the three-dimensional calculation model. The result indicates that models established in this research are more reasonable than two-dimensional calculation model.To find the influential factors of main frequency electric and magnetic field, arrangement, height and phase order of transmission lines and so on, are mostly simulated. The distributing characteristic of electric and magnetic field are summarized. And then, some advice and methods of eliminating electric and magnetic field under extra-high voltage transmission lines are proposed, with regard to protecting environment. These models and simulation results can apply to environmental impact assessment.
