Guangzhou, as one of the originals of Chinese industry, has contained lots of precious industrial heritages. Under the guidance of"retreat into the third industrial sites"in 2008, Guangzhou is rearrangementing and optiminzing the structure of industry, and taking a new road to industrialization. As the factory moving from the Urban, many Industrial Buildings is disappear in the city. By comparing the theoretics and practice between China and the West, we explore the developments, significances, strategies and methods of this practice, point out the embarrassing position of reuse in our country.
