In this Paper, UPVC single pipe, double pipe, special single pipe and castiron double pipe were tested for drainage properties. Flow control valve was used to control a four-floor discharge water. Through simulation the most adverse circumstance theoretically, the use of pressure transmitter to measure pressure change within the extreme and instantaneous pressure values, we used the glass water level gauge to measure the water seal trap water level changes within the water distribution around the value. This Paper conducted a pilot study by the following three areas:Firstly, pressure fluctuation experiments of UPVC single pipe, double pipe under the steady pressure condition were conducted. Positive and negative pressure existed in the upper and lower drainage pipes.Theoretical pressure curve and the instantaneous change of the pressure curve were basically the same, while the instantaneous pressure curve was better able to depict the pressure changes of the drainage system. Expressed extreme pressure curve can effectively express the pressure fluctuations of the 3-minute time period in a continuous flow of constant focus on the most adverse conditions. In abstract sense, this curve was a pulse function curve, and it could provide the accurate boundary value conditions for the drainage tests.Secondly, the special single drainage system was tested under the different working condition. The flow and pressure data were recorded by instruments, and a special tube and special fittings on the different combinations were done for a comParative analysis. The results showed that the effect of discharge caPacities of the special single pipe by all factors was not the same, and the special pipe fittings and various combinations of drainage performance was also a difference. After repeated multiple comParison tests, the tube configuration was obtained with the maximum discharge caPacity of the special single pipe:the top with cast iron pipe and special fittings B connected on each floor, and the bottom with large curvature adjustable elbow and Crectifier.Thirdly, the key of determining the discharge caPacity of the drainage pipes was according to the boundary condition that the pressure fluctuations within the system caused seal damage. Experiments on the UPVC and cast iron pipes in the top stretched and dedicated ventilation working conditions were conducted. The results showed that increasing the ventilation within the system could not only improve the situation within the system of pressure fluctuations, increase the discharge caPacity, and the anti-overflow in the bottom of the sanitation equipments would not be caused. The vertical distance of the underlying drainage pipe riser across the pipe would meet the minimum installation height, which had a practical and effective engineering significance and economic value. |
