This project aims to develop in the laboratory condition simulation undergroundconditions of measuring resistance coefficient of drilling fluid based on optical torquesensor limit pressure lubrication device. The lubrication device in the condition of thelaboratory simulated underground conditions, and at a constant speed and constantpressure, through the measurement to join the friction ring after drilling fluid outputtorque changes to calculate the coefficient of drilling fluid lubrication. Because theinstrument to the condition of the laboratory simulation drilling process, and theability to accurately measure the drilling fluid lubrication quality, as evaluation mayneed of lubricant additives type and quantity to provide accurate basis, for ensurerapid, safe drilling to provide accurate and reliable data, so the study has importanttheoretical and practical significance.The traditional limit pressure lubrication instrument can meet the condition ofthe laboratory determination of drilling fluid in the friction factor, but there are alsosome shortage, such as motor speed cannot achieve automatic control, need toartificially adjust potentiometer can meet the speed, and the precision of the rotatingspeed is not high, The Lord control chip can’t direct determination of the axis of thetorque changes, rely on data from frequency converter output port of the datagathering control method in the actual application of many disadvantages exposed,and such inverter expensive, hard to get the large-scale application.This topic is in the existing defects of lubrication with automation reconstruction,in retain the original test function at the same time, the way of the instrumentoperation large improvement, on the one hand, the increase in the axis of thehigh-precision optics torque sensor, a change to the original analog monitor end byfrequency converter output signal, the output voltage is not stable, large noise, can’tdirect response friction size, and optical torque sensor friction shaft torque changes toreact more rapidly, distinguish degree is higher. On the other hand of the motor speed control to realize, in order to completely change the existing instruments through theadjust potentiometer change the motor speed of the defect, improve the speed controlaccuracy. Speed and torque measurement accuracy, for the measurement of thedrilling fluid lubrication quality, evaluate various additives in the mud frictionreduction effect, provides a more accurate experimental conditions and the scientificbasis.The actual function test proved, the improved pressure lubrication limit theoperation more simple and more accurate data, improve market approval, as analternative for manual pressure lubrication instrument of improvement of the limitmodel, will be more widely used in various oil field, scientific research institutions,laboratories and other departments.
