Ground-source heat pump central air conditioning is an advanced, efficient, energy saving and environmentally friendly air conditioning system,which uses the renewable geothermal energy resources. In the face of increasingly serious environmental problems and energy shortage crisis, the rational and efficient use of geothermal resources is an important way to solve environmental and energy issues.For the demands of energy saving and load balancing of ground-source heat pump air-conditioning, variable water flow systems of air-conditioning were studied in this paper. After making use of fuzzy optimization control algorithm and variable frequency technology, the research work has brought about a variable water flow PLC control system for energy saving of ground source heart pump in air conditioning based on fuzzy control. The expert experience and control rules are integrated with the system. Independent of the accurate mathematical model, the system has an excellent control performance and wonderful dynamic adaptability.At the same time, an on-line monitoring system of ground-source heat pump is designed in this paper.The entire monitoring system consists of two parts.One is the on-site monitoring and another is the remote monitoring. The MODBUS bus is used for communication in on-site monitoring.And Siemens PLC is used as an on-site controller,which both achieves the closed-loop composed fuzzy controling, and interacts with the user. Also it works as a MODBUS slave, which collects temperature, flow, and other information and transfers them to the on-site computer for display, storage and remote transmission. The remote monitoring part uses the opened MODBUS TCP protocol, which allow users to monitor and control the ground-source heat pump system on-line via Ethernet and the Internet. Besides the functions of on-line monitoring through WAP device is designed,which means users can also monitor the system on-line easily through the handheld WAP device via wireless.At the last of the paper,the optimal operation control system of Gound Source Heat Pump central air is analysed and tested. Experiments' results show that composed fuzzy control algorithm and on-line monitoring system work well in the operation and prove the feasibility of the system design. The entire designed system is reasonable, flexible, reliable, and scalable,which with the low investment cost and high practical value for engineering application.
