The diesel engine is heart of railway diesel locomotive, the crankshaft of diesel engine has the intense vibration under the pressure of combustion explosion as the load function alternates, which gives through the main bearing the energy transfer to block, has the radiated noise. Moreover, many organizations of diesel engine from the crankshaft gain power, such as the valve gear, the fuel injection system and etc. The vibration from crankshaft can cause match were mad that phase, feed fixed time, deviation anticipated designs and also the fuel feed, ignition timing, makes the combustion worse, intensified the entire vibration of diesel engine performance worsening finally. The applied virtual prototype technology development diesel engine product is benefit from, the digestion, the absorption overseas vanguard technology, strengthens our country diesel engine enterprise independent development and the technological innovation ability efficient path. Using the virtual prototype technology, in design stage of diesel engine to its kinematics, dynamics, the intensity, the rigidity, the vibration characteristic carries on the simulation, may overall performance of diesel engine match and the whole optimization; In its improvement stage, in view of someone, on the one hand the performance conducts the simulation research and carries on the match to optimize, reduces the product improvement cycle, reduces the cost, improve the design quality, enhances the market competitiveness to have the important theory significance and the practical value. The article takes the locomotive with the 16V240ZJB diesel engine as the object of study, has established the dynamics virtual prototype of this diesel engine, on virtual prototype, to crankshaft diesel engine torsional vibration and the weaving movement simulator study, has carried on the analog computation in view of the influence crankshaft torsional oscillation's related parameters. This article involves the order of fire, main journal diameter as well as counterbalance to the crankshaft torsional oscillation influence; The contrast under the different parameter, bends the shafting torsional oscillation characteristic, improved optimization program was obtained,shows the overall performance of diesel engine match and the whole optimization. The block was established under the unbalanced force and moment excitation of the 6-DOF model, the natural frequencies and vibration modes of block, the block and the elastic support of the forced vibration responses were obtained. According to the relevant standards, machine vibration levels were evaluated.
