Internal combustion engine is a basic driving force that is widely used. They doom to have a vibration as the structure of the particular form. With the development of high-speed,high-power and efficient, the vibration problem is more prominent and is related to the life of machines, efficiency, operational safety and environmental directly. And one of the important things of the engine vibration analysis is to determine the incentive load.In this paper,a virtual prototype internal combustion engine model was established to study engine body vibration. The model was calculated by using finite element method. The results contain piston slap force, main bearing force,et al.Engine body vibration was calculated by considering some working conditions, such as main bearing clearance, fuel supply advance angle, bearing surface roughness, and oil groove.Meanwhile,a physical prototype engine model was established to verify the simulate results.Finite element method was used to establish the virtual prototype engine model.Engine body's elastic deformation was calculated by using this method. And then the results can be trusted.Different working conditions are considered in the simulation model, and the results show that they have much more effects, and fuel supply advance angle and bearing surface roughness are the main factors. The results show that virtual prototype technology for internal combustion engine's vibration analysis has a function guidance. The results are as follows:1.During the woring circle of 6cylinders 4stocks engine, the pathes of sharft center are not completely same, the main journals follow certain rules.2.In one wokring circle, the oil firm presure of key bearing changes following the crank shaft angle, the presure and point are changing timely as well.3.The vibration are dynamic along with the working condition as well.
