Research On Application Of Liquid Cement Flyash Filled In Bridge Abutment

Dealing with the QiaoTou fill by using the mixed material of the liquid cement flyash is using the features of strong mobility and higher intensity after solidifying of the cement flyash slurry, forming a kind of liquid cement flyash slurry to fill in the position that cannot be easily pressed by mixing certain amount of cement, admixture and water. Through analyzing the intensity of liquid cement flyash slurry and the theory by considering the tilt, slipping and checking the outside stability of submerge, we test that liquid cement flyash slurry is a kind of high intensity and light material. It is suitable for the fillment and construct of the back of the abutment and it has little influence on the side pressure and foundation of the back of the abutment. Analyzing the features and the theory of the formation of the intensity of flyash, we determine the best consistency measure for construction. Through studying the indoors and analyzing the entity project, we conclude the craft of construction and the controlling of the quality of construction systematically, which is very important for the choice of materials of back-fill and the methods of construction.
