The design of the mixed materials of cement and flyash stabilized crushed stones can be divided into the structural composition design of aggregate and the adhesion strength design of binder. In the composition structural design, determine the coarse aggregate and fine aggregate size dividing line is 4.75 mm at first. Determine the coarse aggregate gradation based on the test data of the stage filling with vibration and compaction of coarse aggregate. Fine aggregate gradation is figured by the Fuller formula. Structure type discriminate method was provided besed on the relationship between residual air void of compacted coarse aggregate and the volume of compacted fine aggregate and binder material. Aggregate gradation is calculated by this method. Finally, make mixture with the proportion of cement: flyash: crushed stones for 3:7:90, 3:12:85, 3:17:80 and 3:22:75. According to the maximum dry density and saturated-unconfined compressive strength in age of 7 days, the best mixture proportion is 3:12:85. So the best proportion of binder with aggregate is 15:85.Make the specimens with the proportions of cement with flyash are 3:12, 4:11, 5:10 and 6:9, in the adhesion strength design. Test specimen of saturated-unconfined compressive strength and flexural-tensile strength in different ages, compression modulus of resilience and flexural-tensile modulus, drying shrinkage coefficient and frost resistance coefficient. Determine optimum proportion of road performance with grey relational analysis. The optimum proportion of road performance is 4:11:85, because the gray relational correlation of mixture is 0.602 that is the maximum.Application of the optimum proportion in roadbase construction of Shanhaiguan Shipyard Road, unconfined compressive strength of drilling core samples of 7 days is 4.4 MPa accord with China's highway engineering norms. There is none of obvious cracking phenomenon on the roadbase surface, in maintenance a period of time.
