In this paper,cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture for the study,first of all,make the analysis of the engineering properties of lime,fly ash,cement and graded gravel;Then with lime,fly ash and cement as the influencing factors,and 7d unconfined compressive strength as the evaluation index, cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture for the orthogonal test design,according to the result of orthogonal test,the significant impact of three factors is analyzed by the range analysis and variance analysis;According to the orthogonal test data,using the BP artificial neural network of MATLAB software to establish a stable cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture 7d unconfined compressive strength test predictive model,through the orthogonal test of data of artificial neural network model for training,then using the network fuction model has completed training for all cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture of 7d unconfined compressive strength to predict the result of the analysis by predicting,and combining with the result of orthogonal test,and considering economic indicators and other factors,select the optimum mixture ratio of cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture;On the basis of the optimum mixture ratio,on cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture unconfined compressive strength test,splitting test,compressive modulus of resilience test,freeze-thaw stability test and water stability test,the factors that influence the test results are analyzed,and make the appropriate evaluation;By scanning electron microscope to the optimal mixture ratio of each age cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture material micro structure analysis,from the micro-level analysis the strength increasing law of cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture,it contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of its structural characteristics.Through the analysis, cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture has good road performance,the 7d unconfined compressive strength of optimum mixture ratio is 2.48 MPa,thtough a combination of orthogonal test and BP artificial neural network algorithm to predict the strength of cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture,the error was less than 5%,the prediction results are accurate.The conclusion of this paper can provide some certain references for the application of the cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture for the roadbase in seasonal frost area.
