| Aim at Yunnan red layers with strong hydrophilic, permeable weak, easily softening and plastic deformation under the action of water, volume expansion after absorbing water, volume shrinkage after losing water, easily collapse, low compressive strength characteristics, combined with status quo of highway construction in Yunnan Province, selected typical soil, research union solidified soil by RENOLITH and cement for rural road surface hardening or used for base course or sub-base in other high grade road. Research of this subject based on the approach road in Yunnan Yong-Wu highway and some contact lines in other secondary roads, Detected and analyzed the geotechnical properties of three kinds of soil, comparative researched the compaction characteristics, unconfined compressive strength, bearing ratio (CBR), water stability, anti- resilient modulus and other mechanical pressure indicators and road performance under different mix proportions between RENOLITH cement stabilized soil and cement stabilized soil, recommended the best mix proportions and Pavement structures of RENOLITH cement stabilized different soil. Combined with test paving work on the test road, recommended construction quality control measures for RENOLITH cement stabilized soil on construction site.By analyzing the physical and mechanical reactions, chemical reactions, physical and chemical reactions occurred within the stabilized soil, to explore the stabilizing mechanism of stabilized soil. Laboratory test results and using circumstances on different test roads showed that, the RENOLITH cement stabilized soil can be directly used for road surface hardening, base course or sub-base with sufficient strength and water stability, Integrity and durability, utilizing situ soil or wasted gravel material substitute gravel material can reduce the blasting rocks damage to natural resources, ecological environment and land resource can be protected. |
