With the further of economic construction and rapid economic development of china, urbanization and center urbans is constructed and developd accelerately. Existing suburbs and city buildings is gradually evolved into the new central city. Good facilities and mature human environment have allowed these local land appreciate. It appears that gratifying scene of construction and development of a rapidly. But with the increase of the number of pit and the difficulty of construction, the frequency of instability of pit, deformation of bluiding closed to pit and collapse accidents are also increasing. These propose new requirements for research on mechanism and preventive technology of building topple down of High-rise Apartment Houses for foundation pit excavation Based on the Soft and Plastic Stratum Layers.This paper firstly carrys out research on mechanism and preventive technology of building topple down of high-rise apartment Houses for foundation pit Excavation Based on the soft and plastic layers of home and abroad, and then carry out shear properties of soft plastic and the reason analysis of high-rise collapse caused by pit excavated. We study the research on mechanism and preventive technology of building topple down of high-rise apartment houses for foundation pit excavation based on the Soft and Plastic stratum layers by SolidWorks simulation Modeling and stress analysis, it lay a foundation for research on mechanism and preventive technology of building topple down of high-rise apartment houses for foundation pit excavation based on the soft and plastic stratum layers.This paper conduct the selection of calculation software and analysis model, it relies on the collapsed high-rise buildings caused by pit excavated on soft and plastic Stratum Layers. We carry out simulation analysis of deformation failure of soft plastic layer excavated, side wall supported, bulldozer instability of soft plastic layer close to the slope surface, high-rise collapsed near Soft Plastic layer excavated and the reasearch of preventing the high-rise collapsed near Soft Plastic layer excavated. We establish strength reduction by fem and seismic response analysis ways to carry out Stability analysis based on strength reduction by fem of pit closed to high-rise态seismic stability analysis in pit construction phase, it reveals deeply high-rise collapse caused by excavation of soft plastic layer and failure mode, plane slip is revealed at around20m under the ground plane slip occurring through CPT, and further certified mechanism and preventive technology of building topple down of high-rise for foundation pit excavation based on the soft and plastic stratum layersThis paper carry out the research on mechanism and preventive technology of building topple down of high-rise apartment Houses Based on the soft and plastic stratum Layers, which provide project reference for similar project.
