In recent years, as the rapid development of China's highway industry, many of the early construction of the highway pavement in the intermediate maintenance or anew paving, many of which use the way of milling the existing pavement and anew paving,resulting in a large number of waste asphalt mixture. In relying on highway intermediate maintenance,the research of highway intermediate maintenance waste regeneration technology according to the actual conditions, selects the way of plant-mix heat recycle and cold mix asphalt recycling,conducts experimental study on milling of the waste material indicators of changes, component changes, and milling plane of the waste material changes in mineral aggregate, as well as representation of the old mineral aggregate gradation selection, and introduces comprehensively the performance of highway intermediate maintenance waste. This research also optimizes intermediate maintenance waste recycling adjusting agent, selects improving agent of the thermal regeneration and cold recycling emulsified asphalt through experimental study, and evaluates the performance of the regenerated asphalt. At the same time, the paper highlights the use of comparative test, regression analysis and other methods that were studied in recycled asphalt mixture mix design methods, as well as high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water damage resistance, anti-fatigue performance of recycled materials. Finally, through detection and observation of the rural road test section, further affirms the technical feasibility of highway intermediate maintenance waste recycling technology applications.
