| Along with the rapid development of the national economy,the shortage of energy is increasingly day by day. At the same time,construction energy consumption occupies about 30% of the total in our country, so architecture energy efficiency is very important to improve the relative scarcity situation in energy.And with the economic development and the level of pelple's lives,the request about high and healthy indoor comfort becomes more and more important. Therefore, combining the energy-saving and the indoor comfort to comprehensive considered, comfort as the premise, and energy-saving for the purpose,taken the reasonable measures to meet the demand of the two has become the trend of the development.Firstly, this thesis reviews and analyzes the measures of energy-saving building as the emphasis. Then summarizing the theoretical basis of indoor comfort,introducting the factors which influence the indoor comfort, introducing the concept of Integrated design (IDP). At the same time, analyzing the relationship between the indoor comfort and the building energy efficiency. Through the analysis,we got the reasionable measures of palisade structure to improve the indoor comfort,and the appropriate time to open the window to ventilated Then considering the value of time about insulation investment cost,and getting a new calculation formula about the economic thickness of insulation.The key point of the thesis is taking Xi'an for example,using the Weather software of Ecotect to analyze the buildings,reaching the conclusion about how to improve the energy of efficiency.In addition,making use of Ecotect to model,contracting analysis the variations of Various factors in different measures.At lase,proving the efficiency of the reasionable measures to improve the indoor comfort of Xi'an.Through the research of this article,it can provides a positive reference about the design of the energy-saving building and how to improve the indoor comfort efficiency of Xi'an. |
