| With the "energy saving and emission reduction special actions" continued, the fuel consumption within the limits of the standard for various vehicles has been introduced in the automotive. So we need a simple and efficient fuel consumption detection method to replace the traditional fuel consumption detection method. This quick detection method is called carbon balance method. In order to ensure the accuracy of the method of carbon balance for fuel consumption, we can improve the accuracy of the instrument based on the carbon balance method, and we can also simulate accurately the road resistance of the vehicles tested with dynamometer. In order to simulate the road resistance of the vehicle tested with the chassis dynamometer, at first we should measure the road resistance accurately. Currently gliding test is recognized as the most accurate method to measure the road resistance. There are many kinds of gliding test. Through comparative analysis we need to choose a gliding test which should be easy and the measurement accuracy can meet the specifical require.Through gliding test and related mathematical methods we shall determine the road resistance of typical models, road rolling resistance coefficient and air drag coefficient.Above all we also need to research the distribution of road rolling resistance coefficient and air drag coefficient of different model.Make sure the method of how to determine the approximation of road rolling resistance coefficient and air drag coefficient in order to calculated the road resistance fast and accurately.Analyzing the force of the vehicle tested when isokinetic driving on the dynamometer. Through test and analysis the approximate calculation method of the rolling resistance received by the vehicles tested on the dynamometer and the resistance of the dynamometer. Define the calculation method of the load force which can simulate the road resisitance of the vehicles tested with the dynamometer. Then compare the load force which is defined by test and accurate calculation with the load force which is defined by approximate calculation, in order to prove the method of this text is more accurate. |
