Automobile chassis dynamometer is the important equipment to detect automobile engine power,dynamic performance,sliding performance,braking performance,fuel economy performance and so on.Nowadays the automobile chassis dynamometer is supposed to add now detection items due to the popularization of new energy vehicles,such as,energy consumption mileage.There are many advantages compared with normal road test.For example high precision,low cost,data stability,good reliability.It aims to detect light of new energy vehicles in the paper.The AC power chassis dynamometer compared with the eddy current chassis dynamometer used widely,there are following three main advantages: AC power chassis dynamometer can reduce the electrical inertia and also can increase electrical inertia,so the scope of the tested vehicle is enlarged.It is so easy to heat for eddy current chassis dynamometer.that make the performance of eddy current chassis dynamometer.changes.The applied current becomes nonlinear with the retardation torque.AC power chassis dynamometer can take back power modules that playing the energy saving effect.It is the practical value for the development and research of AC power chassis dynamometer,based on the three advantages.The situation that the car on the road and on the chassis dynamometer are analyzed in this paper.Direct torque control(DTC)is applied for simulating the road resistance and electrical inertia loading.The test software is written by Visual Basic 6.0.The program is confirmed feasible by final verification testing. |
