Study On Waiting Hall Scale Of Passenger Dedicated Line Station

With the development of China's passenger dedicated line, the passenger's transportation market is facing the fierce competition and passenger's growing requirement for service. The existing station building can't meet the new feature and the existing station's waiting hall cannot fit the new constructed station too. Thus, research calculation method of the new waiting hall scale has an enormous meaning to both station investment reduction and service level imporvement. In this paper, it takes the quantitative modal and qualitative analyze's combination theory to analyze the influencing factors of the waiting hall's scale and put forward a method to calculating the scale of waiting hall in the station which takes the maximum number of people as the standard of station building scale, the main content of the paper is as following:1. Gives a brief introduction to both national and international railway passenger railway station, gives a detailed analysis to the feature of railway station in each period. Summarize the direction of future development about the passenger railway station.2. Made some analysis to the influcing factors of passenger dedicated line's waiting hall scale and discussed deciding standard of station building scale in different types of station.Analyzed the problem in the maximum assembling passenger calculation method, the calculation method of the maximum assembling passenger has been improved based on that analysis.3. Analyzes the main component of the station building which includes ticket hall, main hall, waiting hall and existing hall. It also analyzes the function,equipment and scale calculation of each parts.4. Put forward a calculation method to solve the waiting hall's scale standard for maximum assembling people. This method solves the existing problem in traditional waiting hall's scale calculation and it use some certain station as a real example, based on this example, it use the previous analyze theory and method to analyze the example and determine the reasonable scale of the station's waiting hall.
