Research On The Residential Environment Landscape Of National Sustainable Communities

At the end of last century, in order to resolve the typical problems existing in the process of social development, the former State Science and Technology Commission and State System Reform Commission issued a document named Some opinions about building Integrated Test Areas for Social Development, and set up a few Sustainable Communities, and also established management office to guide the construction of communities. After nearly 30 years of development, the construction of National Sustainable Communities has gained a certain achievement, but it has not obtained systematic result in the field of the residential area environmental construction. By researching the composition of National Sustainable Communities ,this research topic hopes to set up an theory which is fit for the residential landscape design of China National Sustainable Communities .In recent years the national economy is developing with high speed, people's living standard is higher day by day.The quality of the residential environment gets more and more attention. The residential environment is an important part of city. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, with the development of the living standard, people pursuing high-quality residential environment. At this background, I take National Sustainable Communities'for carrier, introducing the process of it's generation and development,and divided it into four types, including districts of large cities, middle or small level cities, County-level cities and counties, and Township, according to the key point of every element. Before writing this paper, I surveyed the distribution of National Sustainable Communities seriously, and based on present status at home and abroad, summarized the way of National Sustainable Communities'residential environment Landscape design is sustainable landscape design. Today, the sustainable development view has been widely known by all of us and permeated every realm, landscape design is no exception. Nowadays, sustainable landscape design has been taking up the major position in the world. It is the international developing trend. This paper mainly introduce the design way of the every element of residential environment Landscape, and obtain some achievements as follows:This article describes the concept of landscape, residential landscape, and points out the component elements of the residential environment landscape. And analyzes and summarizes different experts and scholars different understanding on the meaning of the concept of sustainable landscape, sustainable landscape design features and features of sustainable landscape. Then I put forward my own opinion on sustainable landscape, and pointe out the difference between common design and sustainable design. On this basis, integrating the concept of residential landscape design and sustainable landscape design, proposed the concept of sustainable design of the National Sustainable Communities's residential environment landscape.By understanding the domestic research situation about sustainable landscape design, achievement and practical experience, concluding the international advanced concepts which is useful for this study; Suverying the Fujian's National Sustainable Communities residential environment status in Fujian, by classifying , summarizing, and analyzing the problems and proposed solutions ,to provide a theoretical guidance for future construction.Based on these studies, set achieving sustainable development as goal, from resource-saving, environment friendly angle, Proposed the sustainable design principles of residential landscape of the national sustainable communities, and the sustainable design method about every elements such as the landscaping plants, roads, landscape, sketch facilities, places of landscape, water features and so on.Reference to domestic and international landscape evaluation research, and combining the characteristics of actual construction, builded a sustainable development of Residential Landscape evaluation index system of the National Sustainable Communities.The city of Longyan is one of China National Sustainable Communities, it's an important and successful pilot. Therefore, this article take for Longyan as the example ,calculated the evaluation index system of the weights by the method of AHP, and established the residential landscape evaluation index system of sustainable development in Longyan. By investigating the sustainable landscape design status of six residential area in Longyan, scored according to the evaluation index system and found out the problems of Longyan's residential area environment, and proposed the corresponding enhancement.Based on the research of the sustainable design of National Sustainable Communities'residential environment Landscape,and exploreing the design methods of the residential environment landscape, this paper is hoping to provide mode and referred theory about the ways of residential environment Landscape sustainable design for other experimental areas and non-experimental areas.
