| Black-start is the process of the system restoration after blackout of the entire power system. Making feasible black-start restoration plans is very important to the rapid restoration of the power system. According to the practice of the black-start in Hebei Southern Power Grid, the thesis presents the study on key problems of over-voltage, self-excitation, the stabilization of voltage and frequency when large-capacity auxiliary load is started, and low-frequency oscillation during the parallel operation of the pumped-storage unit and the thermal generator. Based on PSCAD/EMTP, the detailed actual system simulation models of three black-start schemes are established and the simulation calculation is carried out. The analysis of simulation results verifies the feasibility of black-start schemes of the Hebei Southern Power Grid. The research results are very useful for making the black-start schemes of the Hebei Southern Power Grid. |
