A variety of aids to navigation equipment, systems, have produced one after another as the rapid development in science and technology. It is to protect the safety of navigation, now a variety of instruments and equipment on the ships are more and more, greatly hindered the further development of marine technology. To solve this problem, people try to use a combination of various systems. With modern electronic technology and computer continuously developing, integrating become a new concept on the stage of era. so far, in the definition of integration has not yet reached the same answer, but it still has a general view that the characteristic is emphasized not only a simple interconnect, but also put them which was different constituent elements Combine Together, let two or more systems work together to achieve greater effectiveness. It is in this context, this topic selection research of ship monitoring and oil spill simulation integrated information system, the system is based on the Electronic Chart Display, and expanded the functions of ECDIS, integration of wind and current display, AIS functions, oil spill simulation functions to ECDIS realize visualized, results to form a more comprehensive and integrated system functions. The major study of this article are reflected in the following aspects:1.Wind and current are displayed on the ECDIS. System introduces the relevant content of wind field, current field prediction simulation, and by reading the corresponding module data of wind and current file information, they realized displayed on the ECDIS.2.Oil spill simulation visualization:introduced after oil leaking into the sea, it's main course of conduct in the force of water, including the dynamic process and non-dynamic process, and highlight the relevant mathematical model. In addition to, it's introduced the classification of the coast, and as oil particles experience different coastlines, the difference s of adsorption rate. Ultimately, realization of the adsorption of oil particles.3.AIS ship's position information display on the ECDIS. It can connected to a remote AIS server, real-time received AIS information, show the AIS ship position information in the ECDIS in real time, create a database to store the received real-time vessel position information in the electronic chart server. Under the conditions of AIS information query the database to achieve vessel position information playback. Under the conditions of ship positioning.
