With the development of the national economy and improvement of the national quality,Bridge not only meet the requirement of transportation,but also the function is in harmony with aesthetics are paid to more and more attention to.Hanjiang northern bridge is a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge of leaning-type without wind bracing. It is like a "rainbow", turned out to soar like a dragon, flying is like Coloured Ribbons, such as the rainbow flying,and with one of China's four bridges, "Xiang Zi Bridge" echoes.Therefore, Hanjiang northern bridge which is considered as urban bridge of landscape is concerned extremely.Though concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is put to the engineering practice. Hanjiang northern bridge which is a five span arch bridge of leaning-type without wind bracing has no mature theroy in terms of design or control theory of construction.The paper analysises and researches the construction of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge withoutwind bracing,which is the Hanjiang north bridge column for the actual project. through the overview of the actual project, the paper Analysises the key and difficulty of construction of the project. Such as:Research on the construction system of v-type structure with variable cross-section, development on the lifting machine system of large span cable with high tower. Research on the production and installation technology of main arch ribResearch on the pumping lift-up perfusion technology of concrete filled steel tubeThrough the work above, the paper achieves the following results and conclusions:(1) the papr Design a single span 558m of WLQ2 x 500KN wireless remote control crane, which is simple structure, easy assembly, and meeting the five-span continuous bridge of lifting requirements.(2) the papr Designa fasten and hang system to complete the installation of steel arch ribs safely and reliably.(3) Through welding distortion control technology,the rib linear meets the design requirements.(4) the papr products concrete filled steel tube which has good mechanical properties and performance,and summarize the pumping lift-up perfusion technology of concrete filled steel tube(5) Through the actual bridge load test,the papr verifies the results of construction control consistent with the theoretical results.In short,theoretically,the paper raises awareness of non-wind bracing pipe concrete arch bridge of understanding and a comprehensive understanding of the structure without wind bracing arch performance, design, construction control, which plays a positive role.and This follow-up study on the promotion of the work carried out is very valuable.In practice, not only on the project play an important role in guiding practice, but also can complement and improve the steel arch bridge design and construction specifications have reference value.
