Gas-fired Radiant heating is a kind of low-intensity far-infrared radiation heating methods, This system is especially suitable the situation which solves with difficulty in the traditional heating side, such as wide-open space, large number of ventilation and heat loss occasions,etc. The heating method because of high efficiency energy-saving, safe and comfortable, economic and environmental protection features in the large space building has been widely used.In this thesis, the heat transfer mechanism of gas-fired radiant heating is analyzed. The application of gas-fired radiant heating technology.intermittent heating indoor temperature control and system energy consumption is studied.Main tasks and conclusions:(1) The heat transfer basic theory of gas-fired radiant heating system is studied.The radiant tube and the indoor environment heat transfer quantity, the indoor air thermal equilibrium and the human body and environment heat transfer quantity is analyzed.(2) The gas-fired radiant heating room is numerically simulated.Room temperature, the wall inner surface temperature, the ground temperature and the work area temperature is given.(3) The application of gas radiation heating technology is studied. thesis has analyzed space thermal environment of reflector hood, radiant tube in different lifting height, surface emissivity and different envelope inner emissivity. The results show that: Install reflective hood can reduce the roof temperature,increasing surface temperatures,helping improve the work area air temperature and reduce energy consumption;The higher of the radiant tube hoisting highly, The lower of work area air temperature and average radiation temperature; The greater of radiant tube surface emissivity, The higher ofthe total heat transfer and work area average temperature and average radiation temperature;The smaller of wall emissivity,The higher of work area, and the average radiation temperature; The smaller of wall emissivity, the lower of the system energy consumption.(4) Intermittent heating theoretical foundation and operation of the system is studied. Temprature regulation scheme has been given.(5) Energy consumptions of gas-fired radiant heating system and radiator heating system are compared. The result shows: Gas-fired radiant heating system can save much energy and reduce energy consumptions, Gas-fired radiant heating system is a effective energy-efficient heating way in large builing. |
