With the city's rapid economic development, accelerating the urbanization process and people's incomes continue to increase awareness of high-quality growing demand for business services, unprecedented prosperity of retail. Commercial center as an urban commercial vehicle industry, is the field of basic commodities and the final part of the material basis, more people shopping and spending to meet the basic needs of life such an important place. With the increase in city size and urban framework, widening, a single commercial center has been far from satisfying the needs of urban development. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable layout of urban commercial centers, to promote circulation of commodities, to facilitate people's daily lives and improve the distribution of urban commercial activities to promote urban development, tertiary industry has an important role; great development in our city as a whole and emerging commercial activities have the context of the emergence of Zhengzhou City Commercial Center, to study and optimize the spatial layout of integrated services to enhance the capacity of Zhengzhou city, as well as promote regional trade industry has an important practical significance.Based on the above discussed, with the theories of location theory, central place theory and spatial interaction based on the theory of urban commercial center of the basic theory of the development of a systematic exposition of the hierarchy of commercial centers division of quantitative analysis as a bridge, in reference to a large number of literature data basis, Zhengzhou City Commercial Center, an analysis of spatial layout, and for one of the problems, to improve the business center for urban commercial development, and convenience services, puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Main research contents are as follows:Part I, II and III: Introduction, relevant research and theoretical methods. Mainly expounds the background and significance of the study, research ideas and content, research methods and technical line, etc., and from the commercial center development theory, the evaluation index system, evaluation method of the three aspects of domestic and international business center in the relevant studies are reviewed, quantitative research found that lack of commercial centers, quantitative indicators of selected studies is limited, and less so on the conclusions and methods in GIS.Part IV and V: Zhengzhou City Commercial Center, division and spatial layout hierarchy analysis. In the basic theory and composition based on the commercial center was constructed business center grade evaluation index system, and the use of AHP and other mathematical methods to establish a commercial center evaluation model for the commercial center laid the foundation for grading; second in commercial centers spatial distribution based on the Zhengzhou City Commercial Center, discussed the spatial distribution of imbalance, hierarchy imperfect business structure is irrational and so on.Part VI: Zhengzhou City Commercial Center, Optimization of the layout. Through extensive literature review, in summing up, based on previous studies, to measure the commercial center of the layout of a reasonable definition of the perfect. Based on this hierarchical structure from the sound, adjust the structure of space layout and formats to strengthen the construction of transport facilities and so on six aspects of the layout optimization.Part VI: Conclusions and outlook. This part summarizes the main conclusions of the paper and the research work which need to continue.
