This thesis through the analysis to the factors and its functions of the constituting of high building safety to prevent fire, using the Fuzzy mathematics Evaluation method to evaluate the high building's preventing fire safety level, making it quantitative and scientific, that is to say that this method uses the rate qualitative to describe things of people easily to judgment, through a series of mathematics calculate, gives out the quantitative evaluation result; the safety level of high buildings'preventing fire is not only decided by the building itself, but also has relation with the city planning, the behavior of the proprietor and the use to manage level etc. Only the preventing fire and safety evaluation is not enough, the mature excellent rescues to prepare the case, well training before meeting an emergency, not only handle the trouble when meeting an emergency, but also can discover the blemish of the prevention system, this thesis also includes a mathematics model which makes a fire loses the least as an aim when a fire occurs. through a series calculation, give out the result that how much fire-fighters and how much fire engine need to be sent a fire total losses, the destroyed building volume by fire; The thesis still analyzes the factor of the high building fire, and gives a discussion of the safety precaution put out regarding managing as the main line, using technique means, to frame the building prevents fire safe system.
