In design engineering, for example, how to improve environment of underground parking through landscape construction, how to project covering depth and increase topografic relief, how to reasonably design water filter and underground pipe network, how to match planting with high-rise flats, how to modify and beautify the above structures of the underground parking, how to complete detailed designs (such as entrance design, choice in stone, assurance in minsize), how to ensure landscape effect on the condition of controlling cost, have been problems that we have to solve in our work. According to the landscape creation for YanDao International Flat, I hunt for the solutions of the above problems, then I get the ideal design of section of high-rise and the reasonal investing distribution in landscape design.In the meantime, for dropping the interruption from bad factor and making design be more active, real estate has adopted a brand-new work pattern in earlier feasibility study stage.
