| Literature research shows that the theories related to intergenerational integration,which are generally concerned and recognized in sociology,demography and other fields,are increasingly used by architectural scholars to study the promotion effect of collective residence on positive incentives of intergenerational relations.However,relevant researches in China are still in the initial stage,and the research dimensions are mostly limited to the level of collective residence.The research on the systematic integration of intergenerational relations and collective residence needs to be further expanded from the theoretical and empirical levels.However,the research on the optimization design strategy of collective residence space environment is still in a relatively blank state.The fundamental reason lies in that this research field involves the intersection of architecture and sociology.The key lies in how to face up to the urgent needs of this design research field and provide epistemological thinking and methodological tools to promote the optimization of intergenerational integration.This paper starts from the multidimensional perspective of residential studies,and based on the research method of environmental behavior,according to the logic of theoretical speculation and construction,typical investigation and qualitative analysis,sampling investigation and quantitative analysis,method induction and practical feedback.In this paper,the basic framework is proposed and the index element set and optimization design strategy set of urban collective residence space environment are constructed.Moreover,this paper systematically condenses the optimization design principles,strategies and techniques for different levels of urban collective residence space environment.Specific research content and innovative results are as follows:Theoretical research: guided by the theory of residential studies and from the perspective of cross research,this paper analyzes the relevant theories and typological characteristics of integrated living space environment and intergenerational integration respectively.And selectively carry out field project investigation,relevant case analysis and expert interview.The results show that the collective residence space environment is closely related to the intergenerational integration in the community,neighborhood andWith the further development of aging and the reform and regulation of fertility policy,the intergenerational population composition of residents is also undergoing structural evolution.In order to coordinate intergenerational contradiction and promote intergenerational integration,urban collective residence needs to be adjusted comprehensively.The actual investigation shows that the intergenerational integration of structure,behavior and value exists in different levels or degrees in the rapidly constructed residential facilities in a short time.household.Furthermore,through the theoretical deduction process such as the perspective of residential studies,the hierarchical division of life circle and the relationship matching of intergenerational integration,the intergenerational integration cirle field of collective residence space environment was constructed as the basic framework of this study.Among them,the main research scope includes the integrated living space environment,intergenerational integration behavior and intergenerational relationship,and the main research level includes the intergenerational integration circle of community,neighborhood and household.Empirical research: In the qualitative research stage,the author adopts the research ideas and tools of environmental behavior,systematic observation,participatory interview and household survey to carry out the collective housing typical survey.Then,based on the typical survey results,the age combination,organizational structure,endogenous motivation and behavior pattern of intergenerational integration behavior were systematically analyzed,and the intergenerational integration setting model of the living space environment was constructed,and the intergenerational integration index set was condensed.In the stage of quantitative research,the sampling survey of urban collective residence is firstly carried out,focusing on the questionnaire survey on the importance of setting factors,and the multi-generation use of space environment is statistically investigated.Six types of intergenerational integration scenarios were obtained by using principal component analysis(PCA).Meanwhile,38 groups of setting factors were screened and reconstructed,and their weights were calculated.Regression analysis was used to determine the correlation between the importance of factors and the age type of generation group.Qualitative and quantitative research results are summarized from two dimensions of intergenerational integration circle level and setting type,which can be used as important materials for constructing optimization design strategy set.Design research: based on the domain level of intergenerational integration circle and the type of intergenerational integration context,the hierarchical and classified optimal design framework of collective residence space environment is constructed respectively.Then,14 optimization principles and 38 design strategies are summarized for the design of urban collective residence space environment from the cross dimension of circle domain stratification and context classification.Therefore,the strategy set of collective residence space environment optimization design that promotes intergenerational integration is constructed.On this basis,the optimization principle and design strategy are discussed in detail in a comprehensive and systematic way,which enriches and expands the research content and verifies and demonstrates the previous research from the practical level.The research of this paper is based on the close combination of theory and practice and the mutual confirmation of subjective and objective academic attitudes and research positions.Based on the field of residential architecture design research,this paper applies the qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical research.On the whole,the paper constructs the optimal design framework of urban collective residence space environment,which is oriented to promote intergenerational integration.The corresponding optimization principles,design strategies and application methods are put forward,which lays a research foundation for the evaluation of intergenerational integration ability of urban collective residence.At the same time,at the level of design application,it provides systematic guiding principles,decision-making basis and design tools for the optimization design of urban integrated living space environment,so as to play a positive role in guiding and inspiring intergenerational relations through the gradual improvement of urban living space environment.So as to promote multi-layer intergenerational integration,improve the well-being of residents index,to create a harmonious society to contribute to the corresponding professional and academic value. |
