Study The Ecological Elements Of Residential Suburbs Of Beijing

Rural residential areas are adapted to local conditions of climate and other natural organic product in China. Its formation and development are the results that people adopt to the natural environment and long-term historical development. Facing the worsening pollution of environment and architecture, this paper attempts to start with the basic relationship between the natural environment. Basing on the basic principles of ecological building and standing on the point of living environment, it will study the ecological elements of residential suburbs of Beijing.This article studies the ecological elements of residential suburbs of Beijing deeply with ecology, architecture, economics and sociology, history, geography and other relevant knowledge by a large number of references, the information collection and field research. We learn the evolution mechanisms of residential development of eco-system from a broad understanding. Drawing on traditional, it analyses the ecological elements of residential with the context, customs and the idea of combining modern living environment.Firstly, it studies the ecological factors in dwelling environment with the culture research, social economy, cultural tradition and the construction technology.It expounds that the residence site should follows the natural environment, climate, topography and hydrological conditions. According to the social development, the level of economic development and cultural customs and construction technology,it builds residential construction and layout, creating a pleasant living environment.Then, the paper takes dwellings of Junzhuang in the Mentougou district for example, details through ecological elements of Junzhuang residence. It evaluates ecological suitability of Junzhuang residence with three main ecological evaluations which are the basic quality evaluation, regional environmental quality evaluation and residential exploitation conditions. They share their dwellings for ecological suitability and human living environment. After investigation, the experts score and analysis scientificly, the Junzhuang residence is optimum ecological suitability.Finally, based on the principle of "ecological priority"principle,we adopt dwellings protection, old house alteration and new residence properties to protecte and develop the residential areas. It promotes residential construction into the path of sustainable development and creates a more suitable environment for human habitation.
