With the increasingly rapid process of industrialization, human use has become less and less energy, clean energy and easy availability of high wind power has grown rapidly, the ensuing question is how can the safety of wind turbines, stable and efficient operation of the wind turbine fault diagnosis and timely discovery of the fault, is now an urgent need to address the problem. For wind turbine vibration signal analysis methods research, developed a relatively reliable method of analysis is an important prerequisite for fault diagnosis.This article on the vibration signal analysis methods for wind turbines have been studied in LabVIEW software, mainly carried out the following work:(1) The number and percentage of downtime study the occurrence of existing wind turbines common faults and failures, come wind turbine gearboxes as a major failure, described and vibration signals to calculate its features and the characteristic frequency of the working conditions, as failure analysis of a strong basis.(2) For the current wind turbine vibration signal analysis method, commonly used methods of analysis, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis of the study, time-frequency analysis method to do a comparative study, the integration of an effective method of analysis, namely cepstrum, package envelope spectrum analysis combined with wavelet transform.(3) Based on LabVIEW software design data management module and data analysis module, data management module reads the data stored for offline analysis; data analysis modules include time-domain analysis module, cepstrum analysis, spectral analysis and envelope wavelet analysis module, and then instantiate verification system reliability. |
