| This paper introduces the principle of maglev, development and characteristics of its civil aspects, followed by low-speed maglev track on the row structure of the mechanical analysis, including natural features, static and dynamic performance.The following is the specific research work:(1) From structural dynamics point of view, establish a magnetic levitation rail row mechanical model of the rail structure, derived the natural frequency of rai structural and express the vertical deflection of rail in moving loads.(2) Using finite element software, establish track structure model in solid elements for the modal analysis, modal expansion of 30 bands, analysis the first 10 bands of its free vibration characteristics.(3)Using the solid element model, analysis the rail structure under the static vehicle load, including the stress and deformation of every node in three directions.(4) Establish the rail of structure beam element model for dynamic analysis, including the time history of vertical vibration displacement, vertical acceleration under moving uniform load, while compare the amplitude with the speed of vehicle.(5) Test for low speed maglev line in Tangshan in the track row analysis the experimental data, including natural features, static and dynamic test. Make comparison of dynamic aspects features between speeds, and compared the results with the ANSYS. |
