At present, the single-layer concretes industry workshop is one of the structures which have the biggest area and cover property most in our country. Majority of them have used for twenty or thirty years, and they are entering the aging step gradually. As a result of each kind of reasons, their structure durability expires ahead of time. The domestic and foreign statistical data indicated that the reinforced concrete structure durability expired not only will create the safe hidden danger, but will cause very huge economic loss. Therefore, the durability of reinforced concrete structure is a very important and urgent problem to be solved. To evaluate the durability of the structure to be able to serve the active duty structure, and provide the instruction for the structure service and the reinforcement.The invariable fuzzy assessment method is a multi-factor evaluation method that based on Professor Chen Shouyu works in fuzzy set theory which created in 2005, carries on the appraisal using the relative different function. This method has not yet been used for the durability evaluation of reinforced concrete structures at present.This article applies the Professor Chen Shouyu invariable fuzzy model, using the MFC of VC + + framework and the OpenGL technology, has established the parametrization single-layer workshop visualization simulation system. The numerical calculus and the graph simulation organic synthesis combine to three-dimensional visual display for the cracks and deformation these two kinds of destruction form which have important influence in durability of the structure. Meanwhile based on the model parameter target weight vector's variability, the use invariable fuzzy assessment method has carried on the quality synthetic evaluation to the reinforced concrete industry workshop durability. Established system has the following several aspect functions:(1) This system in view of the monolayer reinforced concrete workshop's unique feature, has conducted a parametric model to the primary member unit (column, roofing board, crane beam), carries on the man-machine interaction using the dialog box, you can achieve a variety of components and whole industrial building three-dimensional visual display.(2) Illumination system was established, using the OpenGL texture mapping techniques to enhance the structural framework stereoscopic effect, the third dimension. (3) Carries on the visualization modelling to the crack and the distortion these two kinds of destruction form, through OpenGL and 3ds the MAX fusion technology, has carried on the graph simulation to the component crack, the dynamic reflection component distortion destroyed process.(4) The system can carry on the graph change operation. The pictures can be translated, rotated and scaled by pantograph through the mouse and the keyboard. Examples show:The system model is rapid, user-friendly, simple operation.Finally, the application invariable fuzzy theory, has established the reinforced concrete structure durability evaluating indicator invariable fuzzy matrix, through example quality synthetic evaluation, its durable appraisal rank and project durability damage actual situation match case. It has confirmed this method rationality, the serviceability, through carrying on the comparison with the extension theory assessment method.
