Gas of waste water incinerator has a lot of waste heat, and it is wasteful that the waste heat is not utilized, fortunately, waste heat boiler is a great choice. However, because there are much impurity which is easy to deposit, ash depositing in waste heat boiler is very common, which not only influences heat transfer, but also induces tubes burst, tubes block, production stop and so on. Therefore, ash depositing has a bad influence on production with economy and security. Accordingly, deeply research on process of ash deposits formation in boiler is very important, and it is more important to exactly forecast position of ash depositing and change of quantity of ash deposit, then the forecast is helpful to avoid or alleviate ash depositing.With the theory of ash deposit in boiler, the text does research on the process of ash deposit in waste heat boiler of waste water incinerator, including experimentation of ash deposit, analyse on the process of ash deposit and primary factor of controlling ash deposit. After research on process of ash deposit in waste heat boiler of waste water incinerator, it is founded that the process of inertia deposit is pivotal to influence quantity of ash deposit and heat transfer, then the process of inertia deposit is emphases in simulation. The text discusses the method of simulation of ash deposit in boilers, and emphasizes foundation of models, including selection of models, foundation of transportation model, foundation of conglutination model and foundation of growth model, and improves on models for waste heat boiler of waste water incinerator. In addition stop growth model is founded.Heat transfer, flow and ash deposit in waste heat boiler of waste water incinerator are modeled. UDF in FLUENT is used to found models of ash deposit formation. C Language is used to compile calculation process, and macros fuctions of DEFINE_DPM_BC and DEFINE_PROFILE are also used. The simulation forecasts position of ash depositing, change of quantity of ash deposit and change of heat transfer. Result of simulation is consistent with practice, so it holds constructive meaning. Besides, the concepts of comprehensive slagging, specifically slagging, quantity of comprehensive slagging and quantity of specifically slagging are brought. |
