Vapor-liquid-solid three-phase flow system not only prevents and removes the fouling, butalso enhances the heat transfer in evaporator, has a capacious prospect. Because of the presenceof solid particles, heat transfer process between the vapor-liquid-solid three-phase becomes verycomplex. This paper studies mechanism of heat transfer intensification of solid particles invapor-liquid-solid three-phase evaporating pipe. It strives that the researched theory and theanalytic result can offer academic direction.This paper analyses the current representative heat transfer models of the vapor-liquid-solidthree-phase flow system fully, the results calculated by using myself written calculating programin the same experimental condition are compared, the same time gives the relative errors.vapor-liquid-solid three-phase boiling heat transfer concludes heat transfer between solidparticles and the wall, bubbles nucleate boiling heat transfer containing solid particles, fluidvolume heat transfer caused by solid particles gas-liquid two-phase heat transfer. Based on thismechanism of heat transfer, propose the corresponding formula of heat transfer. Computationsare carried out for new formula of heat transfer, the relative errors are in 16%, and numericalcomputation accuracy is satisfied.
