Ultra—supercrifical boiler has great advantage in saving energy and protecting environment,it is in line with the direction of our country electric power industry. In the ultra-supercritical units, the average absorber temperature of reheater mean basically the same with the temperature of superheater, and the pressure loss of the reheater has a great influence for the efficiency, so reheater use can not increase Units economy, only improve the steam quality. In order to improve the unit's thermal economy further, this paper presents a new design idea of ultra-supercritical units, remove the economizer and reheater to optimize its operating parameters, and use nuclear power plant steam turbines to match the existing steam parameters, so that it adapt to the boiler working fluid parameters, through the transformation, it can be achieved to improve boiler efficiency and the whole plant generation efficiency.
