| When the power system has been failure, if we can take effective measures and start the standby power supply as soon as possible, it will greatly improve the reliability, reduce losses. It has great significance for the national economy. The automatic switch device of standby power supply is an effective method to solve this problem. In this paper, we designed and developed a digital automatic switch device of standby power supply based on DSP and ARM. The device measures voltage and current of the incoming line and generatrix to determine the current operating state. It finishes automatic switch of three groups of incoming lines and a set of emergency incoming line, according to the functional requirements, that is the automatic switch function of standby power supply. The device also has abundant communication resources to satisfy the communication demand of current integrated automation system. It takes a variety of anti-interference measures both in software and hardware to enhance the reliability of the device. A large number of functional tests and interference tests of the automatic switch device of standby power supply have achieved good effect, and the desired functional requirements and design specifications have been satisfied. |
