With the rapid development of electronic technology and the wide application of new technologies,the influence of electromagnetic radiation environments on electronic systems is becoming more and more serious.Electromagnetic pulse(EMP)simulator is a device that can simulate and analyze this electromagnetic environment.The main way for the device to obtain the pulse source is to rely on the fast charging and discharging of the pulse capacitor,and the charging power source of the capacitor is the key to the rapid charge of the capacitor,which directly determines the repetition frequency and stability of the output electromagnetic pulse train.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a stable and reliable high voltage DC charging power source for the application and promotion of pulse power.This article has designed a high-voltage DC power supply for EMP simulators.The power supply has the characteristics of constant current source and has the advantages of low loss and strong short-circuit resistance.It is particularly suitable for charging high-voltage pulse capacitors.Firstly,the full-bridge series resonant converter is used as the main circuit topology.Through its steady-state analysis,the DCM mode changes the resonant current,resonant voltage and other parameters.In order to verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis,the simulation is performed using Psim software.Get the dynamic operating state of its circuit.At the same time,the detailed design process of the main circuit and control circuit of the power supply is also given.The control part adopts the MC9S12XS128 microcontroller as the main control chip,and the voltage and frequency modulation are separated during the design,which improves the stability and operability of the circuit.Secondly,the high-frequency EMP generated by the simulator will cause electromagnetic interference to the control system of its own power supply.The design of the power supply should fully consider its anti-jamming capability and carry out the corresponding electromagnetic protection.The paper starts with the coupling method of electromagnetic pulse interference,explores the interaction between EMP and the power control system,and designs the corresponding protection against the interference coupling approach.Finally,a 40 kV high voltage DC charging power supply was developed.The analysis of the test results shows that the power supply satisfies the requirements of soft-switching and constant-current sources,and the power supply voltage is adjustable within 0~40kV.The effectiveness of protective measures was verified by comparing the spectral distribution of the electromagnetic environment and adding a pulsed interference comparison experiment.
