Research On Evaporative Air-conditioners Standard

Under the general social background of low carbon economy, this study takes researching quality control of evaporative air-conditioners, regulation of industry and the encouragement of technology as starting point and researches the performance assessing, testing method and inspection rules of evaporative air-conditioners. These concrete measures include that setting airflow & outlet static pressure, power input, evaporative efficiency,sensible cooling capacity,evaporative quantity,energy efficiency ratio and noise as major performance assessing for evaporative air-conditioners, setting testing method according to the performance assessing, and setting inspection item and inspection method.First of all, the work was started from the analysis of setting performance assessing and structural system of Foreign Direct Evaporative Cooling Air-conditioning Standards, analyses scope, definition, classify, requirement, testing apparatus, test method, Non-standard condition, test result and test report. At the same time,this study analyses the setting performance assessing and structural system of Foreign indirect Evaporative Cooling Air-conditioning Standards. According to China's conditions,it analyses the special standard test condition and China"s inspection rules, puts forward some ideas to develop China's standards,and provides a reference for developing domestic direct evaporative cooling air-conditioning standards.Based on the principles of scientificalness, feasibility and suitability, it determines the standard normal conditions,and set airflow & outlet static pressure, power input, evaporative efficiency,sensible cooling capacity,evaporative quantity,energy efficiency ratio and noise as major performance assessing for evaporative air-conditioners, test method and inspection rules as well as. According to experiments ,industry level and standard data, it confirmed that: airflow measured value is no less favourable than express value'95%; a) No duct coupling unit, 0 Pa; b)Duct coupling unit of airflow less than to 15000m3/h, not less than 80 Pa;c)Duct coupling unit of airflow greater than or equal to 15000m3/h, not less than 120 Pa;power input measured value is Less than express value'110%; evaporative efficiency measured value is no less favourable than express value and no less favourable than 65%; sensible cooling capacity measured value is no less favourable than express value'95%; evaporative efficiency measured value is no less favourable than express value'95%; energy efficiency ratio measured value is no less favourable than express value'90%;To A-weighted sound power level meter, noise measured value is no less favourable than express value 3dB(A).(1)With the analysis of the database-specific meteorological of building thermal environment analysis , it gives normal conditions:dry-bulb temperature/wet bulb temperature 38℃/23℃in dry areas, dry-bulb temperature/wet bulb temperature 38℃/28℃in high humidity areas according to the situation in our country.It analysises dry areas and high humidity areas in China with applicability, pertinency and consistency with foreign standards.(2)The useage condition of evaporative air-conditioners has some requirement, Ambient air relative humidity of less than 95%, and evaporative air-conditioners has some outlet static press.The test condition should be in wet condition, but in fact technical level determines in dry condition for performance evaluation and Quality Control.(3)Cooling capacity of evaporative air-conditioners influence indoor cooling load and freshair cooling load,as performance assessing of standard, cooling capacity should use sensible cooling capacity. However in actual engineering, cooling capacity should use practical and effective cooling capacity. In addition, sensible cooling capacity and evaporative quantity assess evaporative air-conditioners in different ways.(4)The current economic and technological level decided to adopt flexible index of energy efficiency ratio, and the existing energy efficiency and evaluating value of energy conservation can not be applied evaporative air-conditioners. Base on experiment ,it analysises mandatory index of nose, A sound level than the limit LSA and other assessing method of nose, decide to adopt method of noise measured value is no less favourable than express value 3dB(A). Moreover, water quality hardness of supplementingwater (With CaCO3 account) is less than 450 mg/L.The performances assessing of evaporative air-conditioners standard will unify tset test condition and test method, meet the actual use requirements, and set of a certain threshold for admittance into industries, achieve better product quality control and enhance the role of the level of product technology.It also analysises the terms of foreword, scope, definitions and terminology, types, requirements, testing, inspection rules, marking packaging transportation and storage, Appendix C and Appendix D.
