With the industrial and agricultural development, water scarcity is becoming more serious in China. Water has been known as the main factor restricting the development of one of the national economy. Because of direct air-cooling technology has more significant in water-saving, clean power generating and water recycling, it has deveploped rapidly, particularly in the coal-rich but water-lean area——The north of China. As the power plant personnel training and the needs of various tests to establish the corresponding simulator is an integral part. This thesis depth analyze the composition of direct air-cooling system equipment and all phases of heat transfer. The air cooled condenser's running is a very complex process,so we need to use the energy conservation and physical conservation laws to analyze condensate quality, temperature, water enthalpy, the content of non-condensing gases within the condenser, the pressure of cooling air and hot air temperature in the cooling process. Direct air-cooling control system not only introduces the control system functions, objectives and main components but also analyze winter protection, emergency power cuted and failure of treatment. We establish direct air-cooling system simulation model based on Gblink simulation modeling platform supporting system for the ZhaoGuang 2×600MW supercritical unit. Moreover, the simulation system is run according to the actual plant operation rules. Compared with the actual running parameters of power plants, the results indicat that the model can meet the needs. So it can be used for personnel training, failure analysis and so on. Finally, this thesis gives a system analysis for the causes of hot air recycling and air-cooled condenser cooling tubes freezing in winte,and propones some prevention measures for them.
