Comprehensive Research On Humanistic Transportation Of Ezhou

Coming into the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, the transportation constructions in our country are becoming more and more, at the same time the number of vehicles and road traffic flow are increasing, then the present transportation infrastructures can't meet the demand of road traffic, so a lot of transportation problems arise.The rapid increase of traffic flow can enhance the development of infrastructures of road traffic, while the perfection of transportation infrastructures also can meet the demand of the rapidly increasing traffic flow, but their developing speed is different, which leads to the high rate of traffic accident,severe pollution of transportation and heavy traffic jam.Modern urban transportation system in our country is getting better, meanwhile a large number of problems make us worried, which is far from the demand of establishing socialism harmonious society in our country.As far as we know,one important character of establishing socialism harmonious society is people-oriented, and modern urban transportation system in our country is supposed to be people-oriented too.In the old urban transportation developing system, people usually only take the volume of traffic flow and the comfortable extent of drivers into account, but they neglect the interactions between pedestrian,bicycle,public transit,road and environment.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, many problems which are in the old urban transportation developing system, such as low road grade,transportation management level, improper planning of road network and so on are becoming more and more serious.That is to say,we must find a good way to solve them.This essay takes the basic situation of development of urban transportation at home and abroad into account,and discusses its meaning and demand,then introduces plannings of humanistic urban transportation,and analyzes the comprehensive evaluating index system, and establishes the theoretic model through qualitative and quantitative analysis,then applies to the city of Ezhou, and at last puts forward the means and ways for Ezhou to realize the development of humanistic urban transportation combining the background of the "Two-first" and the present state of humanistic urban transportation in Ezhou.The contents discussed in the essay are immature and imperfect, and it is expected to be helpful to those who are working in the field.
