The Evolution Of Land Use Spatial Structure In The Central Urban Area Of Small Cities With Group Type

Although there are many researches on the urban spatial structure at home and abroad,the research methods and technical means tend to be mature,but at present,the research on the spatial structure of urban land in our country is mainly focused on the large cities,lacking of attention to the small cities Besides,the main research content is the external form expansion of the research area,which lacks the exploration of the internal functional layout.In view of this,this study takes Changting,Fujian as an example,to introduce the theory of urban space production and complex adaptation system,and analyze the characteristics of the spatial structure evolution and the driving force of the external form and the internal function layout of the small group city.Taking into account the large differences in the development orientation and functional layout of the land use groups in the central urban areas,this study takes Changting Central District and its various groups as the research units.Based on the data of land use status in Changting from 2006 to 2016 and the basic data of planning revision,combined with field investigation and other data,the evolution characteristics and driving forces of spatial structure were studied by qualitative and quantitative methods.It is found that the main urban area,the suburb and the new district have their own characteristics as well as some similarities in the process of development.Driven by the sustainable development of social economy and the new type of urbanization,this kind of cities may maintain low speed expansion,and the scale of urban land is linear with the main social and economic development indicators when the stock of land is sufficient.In the process of development,construction land will be developed to low-cost or superior development conditions.In the time dimension,all kinds of land use have not only the change of total quantity,but also the change of space position.All kinds of land like small blocks of building blocks,according to certain rules,in space into urban construction land.Driven by the factors of political economy,social culture and natural environment,the urban land building blocks are reorganized to achieve a new balance through the new building blocks and the replacement of the building blocks.In the process of urban spatial structure evolution,the natural environment is mainly manifested in the constraint effect on the external form of the urban areas.The macro development background and the residents'demand caused by the social development are the main and secondary driving forces for the expansion of the urban construction land,and the improvement of the urban external service capacity and the social strength of the society.It is the most important factor for the expansion of urban construction land,and mainly through the development of market economy.To a certain extent,this study has expanded the field of vision of urban spatial structure research,which can provide scientific basis for the optimization of spatial structure of small cities in China.
