With the accelerated development of economic construction, the consumption of oil products by various domestic industries growing very rapidly, and the demand for different kinds of fuel tanker and fuel truck increased increase with years. Meanwhile, one aspect is that consumes have more requirements for the heavy load, low power, smoothly and safely of tanker; the other hand is that although there are many tanker refitting factorys in China, most of them use the existing common truck chassisframes to retrofit or produce tanker directly, rarely have design and analysis for special chassisframes aiming at a particular model of tanker. So, the way of applying structural FEM dynamic analysis and simulation to the design and improvement of special vehicle is a good trend, which not only improve quality and performance of products but also make R&D time and cost shortened.In this paper, based on the research of the theory in FEA of chassisframe at home and abroad, take ETX tanker as the research object, the static and dynamic characteristics of its chassisframe have been discussed and researched. The main work as follows:1) Discuss the purpose and significance of dynamic analysis of tanker chassisframe, and introduce the situation of it study at home and abroad, and point out some problems of it at current status.2) Introduce the structure characteristic and parameters of ETX tanker. Based on the theory in FEA of structure, method and process of building the FEM of tanker chassisframe have been systematic discussed, among it the key connection part simulation technique was focused on.3) Introduce the basic theory of statics, and take ETX tanker for example, analyze and calculate its basic static loads, actual loads and the parameters of suspension, Then, discuss the method of Load and Constraint of FEM of tanker chassisframe, and obtain the the stress distributions and deformation characteristics of it under the conditions of bending, twisting, braking, turning.4) Introduce the basic theory of finite element modal analysis and it common calculation methods, and based on the prestressed static simulation result of chassisframe, the modal characteristics of the chassisframe have been analyzed, as well as its first eight nature frequencies and mode shapes. Then, combine with relevant criterion to evaluate the vibration performance of the chassisframe.5) The sources which arouse chassisframe vibration are analyzed, and based on the research of unbalanced Multi-cylinder engine vibration characteristics, the value of unbalanced force and the range of exciting frequency of LOVOL Phaser 160Ti diesel engine have been worked out. Then, take the result as input parameter to carry on the harmonic analysis of the chassisframe in ANSYS, and find out its the dynamic response characteristics under the influence of engine vibration. |
