Detailed Design On Kitchen Space Of Small-sized Dwelling Units

As China's real estate development, the introduction of the new policy, will focus on the construction of commercial residential buildings into a dwelling size of 90 m2 floor area. The new space standards for the kitchen, bathroom and storage space design features will inevitably have an impact.Residential behavior analysis is the basis for residential design, this research is based on a survey of households living behavior and residential patterns, using research and analysis in kitchen space optimization design and detail design, based on the refinement of existing residential kitchen space.Through the investigation of the status quo, this paper summarized the main problems of residential kitchen into four categories:lack of detailed scrutiny on size and scale; irrational Spatial distribution; equipment, piping layout of a lack of coordination; soot pollution.Deal with the problems in depth analysis and study, combined with modern life, behavior patterns and the features of small-sized dwelling, this paper proposed several design goals, includes:integrated kitchen unit; kitchen features diversity; Kitchen function refinement; kitchen space for integration design; humanized and universal design.Made for the diverse needs of a small-sized dwelling, proposed several design ideas of detailed design on kitchen space to improve the living comfort, and strike a balance between comfort and economy.(1) use of space composite design methodology, the kitchen space and dining, balcony, toilet and other functions to re-sort out the relationship between space and explore the design ideas of space using efficient, feature-rich composite kitchen space;(2) made the kitchen and the bathroom as a whole functional unit(3) based on the operation of the kitchen processes and ergonomic principles, focusing on kitchen space detailing size and cabinets, equipment, etc.(4) a comprehensive survey of feedback and development of new technologies, citing the small dwelling size is suitable for residential kitchens economical and practical way to improve the quality of the kitchen environment.
