With the rapid development of economic, the modernization of urban construction is improving, the durability and safety of building electrical pipelines is widespread concerned. Because of the aging of pipelines, fire disasters occur frequently, which threats the people's lives and property seriously, and create the damage to the structure, so it is imminent to research the on-line monitoring and the assessment of durability on building electrical pipelines.Firstly, in view of the influence of aging to durability of pipelines, the combination of DC-component method and DC superposition is used to monitor on-line. In the case of unchanged system operation, the signals of voltage or current are measured from the measured equipments. Through these signals, various parameters are calculated, and base on these parameters, the aging degree of pipelines is judged to supply the safeguard for safe operation of pipelines.Secondly, according to the factors that affect the durability of pipelines, the evaluation factors are determined, and a new type of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. This method is used in the specific project to assess the durability of pipeline. According to results of the assessment, the actual operation of pipelines is determined.Finally, based on the data real-time monitoring, durability evaluation software and wireless network, the management system of the durability on building electrical pipelines is established, which is practical to research and manage the durability of pipeline in future.
